How Are You Charged?

Simple Transfer

Simple transfers of one hour or less occur within or up to 19 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA) and include:

  • Point to point
  • Rides to and from the airport
  • Your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to pick up.
  • There may be other charges. See your reservation.
  • Delayed flights: hourly rates apply if the driver is on site and the flight is delayed half an hour or more.
  • Early arrivals: drivers will arrive at the airport at the originally scheduled time.

Hourly as Directed (AD)

  • Are charters of a specified duration exceeding one hour.
  • Are transfers that are more than thirty road miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
  • When the reservation is made, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to the card on file.
  • The balance will be charged to your credit card twenty-four (24) hours prior to pick up.
  • There is no refund for unused hours.
  • Overtime charges (time exceeding the time originally requested and documented on the reservation) are in 30-minute increments.
  • For Sprinters and/or Transits, time is billed from garage out to garage in.
  • Changes to start time: billing begins at the requested start time unless 8 hours advance notice is given.
  • There may be additional charges. See your reservation.

Payment

Credit Card: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are standard, accepted and agreed upon payment methods and must be on file prior to reservation’s confirmation. The credit card on file will be used for all charges, unless otherwise indicated.

Venmo: The credit card fee will NOT BE CHARGED if payment in full is made via Venmo. Payment in full must be made at the time of the reservation. In addition, a credit card must be on file.

Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Mr. Jack, LLC by the client, his or her agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the client and will reflect costs including, but not limited to the trip, charges, tolls, parking, and traffic fines.

Cancellations, No-Show or Refunds for Sedan or SUV

“No-Show” – Client fails to show up at the agreed upon pickup location within 15 minutes of the time specified on the reservation. An exception may be made for airport pickups due to airline schedules and baggage pickup.

Simple Transfer: Avoid charges for cancelled trips by cancelling at least two hours prior to pick up. Cancellations received less than two hours before pickup will be charged per the reservation request.

Hourly as Directed: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at booking. The remainder will be charged to the credit card on file forty-eight hours prior to pick up. Cancellations received less than forty-eight (48) hours before pickup will be charged 100% per the reservation request.

Cancellations for Large Vehicles (Sprinter, Transit, mid-size busses, full-size busses, etc.)

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at booking. The remainder will be charged to the credit card on file forty-eight (48) hours prior to pick up. Cancellation received less than two weeks prior to pickup will be charged 100% per the reservation request.

Where is My Chauffeur at the Airport?

Approximately one hour prior to pick up, the passenger will receive a text with pickup location. If you cannot locate him, call the chauffeur at the number on the text or call the office at (615) 815-7151. Passengers leaving the designated pickup location without first contacting Mr. Jack, LLC at (615) 815-7151 will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

Responsibilities

Mr. Jack, LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on transfer or charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date. Mr. Jack, LLC is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.). Mr. Jack, LLC is not responsible for missed flights.

During the rental periods, the billing client assumes full financial liability for vehicle damage caused by any party members. Carpet, seat, or headliner burns – minimum fee of $100 and up to $500. The sanitation fee is $250 - $500. Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted. This is not at the discretion of the driver. Drug use is prohibited by law. Alcohol consumption during the ride is permitted if no member of the party is obnoxious or out of control. The driver’s judgement is final.

Passengers must keep all body parts inside the moving vehicle. Refusal to do so will result in immediate ride termination and no refund. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity for any reason.

The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund for either unintended or blatant disregard for the terms of this agreement by any members of the party.

Lost Items

When exiting the vehicle, our driver will ask passengers to check for keys, wallets, and phones. Mr. Jack, LLC is not responsible for lost items and, if lost or left items are found, will return them to the client at the client’s expense.
